Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Five City player feedback website (the “Service”), operated by FIVE CITY (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service or submitting a response, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service collects community preferences about future game server locations, server languages, and game interface languages. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Who can participate

You must be at least 13 years old, meet any higher minimum age required in your country and by Discord, and be permitted to use Discord. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, you must obtain it before participating.

To submit feedback, you must sign in with your own Discord account and be a member of the Discord server designated by FIVE CITY. We check membership after sign-in and again before accepting a new response. Joining the server alone does not submit a response.

Discord is a separate service governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. FIVE CITY is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Discord.

3. Your survey response

Each Discord account may submit one final response to this survey. All three questions require one selection each. Review your choices before submitting: the Service does not offer editing or replacing a submitted response.

A response is recorded when it is successfully saved on our server. The confirmation page confirms that it has been saved; signing in again also shows whether you have already participated. If the connection is interrupted before confirmation appears, your response may already have been saved.

You allow FIVE CITY to use your selections to evaluate community preferences and plan the project, as described in our Privacy Policy. Feedback is advisory. It does not guarantee that any server, location, language, feature, or release will be provided, and it does not create an entitlement to payment, rewards, or ownership rights in the project.

The final-response rule does not limit any right you have under applicable law to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service honestly and lawfully. You must not:

• Use another person’s account without permission or misrepresent your identity.
• Manipulate results through automated submissions, coordinated abuse, or attempts to bypass the one-response rule.
• Bypass membership checks, access controls, rate limits, or other security measures.
• Attempt to access another user’s data, private results, credentials, or administrative functions without authorization.
• Interfere with the Service, overload it, or introduce harmful software.

5. Privacy and account access

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Service processes, how it is used, and how to contact us about it. Your Discord password is entered only on Discord; the Service does not request it.

You can stop using the Service at any time, sign out, and remove the application’s authorization in Discord. Signing out or removing authorization does not automatically delete a previously submitted response. To request deletion, contact us using the details in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and restrictions

We may update, pause, or close the survey, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Availability also depends on Discord and other technical infrastructure. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

If access is restricted, you may contact us for assistance. Restrictions do not remove any data protection rights you may have.

7. Responsibility and your legal rights

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis for collecting feedback. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no additional warranties about its availability or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Any dispute is subject to the law and court jurisdiction determined by applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the Service changes. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. We will give notice of material changes through the Service and obtain any agreement required by law before applying them.
